Find Your Flow: Mandala Art Workshops
Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

Through Find Your Flow: Mandala Art workshops, Eugenia encourages you to (re)discover and reimagine your creativity – at whatever part of the journey you may be. Whist the colouring-in industry has had a recent surge, Eugenia champions artistic explorations and expressions born of our own hand and pen - because creativity is innate and available to all of us, any time and anywhere!
A form found across the world, throughout the major faith traditions, most of us may be recognise these symbols, but are unfamiliar with their meaning and power.
Learn how immersive this type of form drawing is and how it can make way for creativity, fun and 'flow' - without the need for prior experience or skill!
'Flow' is a state known as "being in the zone" and it has been academically studied and upheld as a highly desirable condition for creating. It is recognised for its powerful mind/health outcomes including relaxation, or conversely a feeling of focus, both of which can lead to performance success and elevated mood.
Together we explore the possibilities of finding mindful moments for relaxation and freedom through the ancient practice when applied within our daily life.
This is a deceptively simple, accessible practice that leaves participants inspired, and even a little addicted. All come away from the experience with a greater sense of joy, calm and self-awareness.
For many years I was a huge fan of mandalas, from buying postcards to observing Buddhist monks draw such wonderfully ornate pieces. Going to Eugenia’s workshop turned mandalas from drawings I admired to an accessible and fun hobby. No matter what the end result is the process is now the most enjoyable part! I would highly recommend to all, doddle masters and those looking for some headspace! - Sarah Caraher.
Taking a mandala drawing course with Eugenia was a wonderful experience. I had seen and heard of mandalas before but never learned the basics behind it. Eugenia was informative and patient, showing all the necessary techniques as well as examples of her own. What is more is that she was encouraging and kind in my own mandala drawing process. I came away with a piece I am very happy with and a newfound doodling strategy!
